Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and professional service to guests
• Inspect and maintain quality for a fleet of bicycles
• Perform repairs and tune-ups with a focus on safety
• Oversee inventory of parts and tools, ensuring readiness
• Assist with bike fittings and usage guidance for guests
Requirements:
• Experience in bike repair, preferably with Devinci and Trek
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service
• Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications are a plus
