As a Maintenance Excellence Manager, you will champion best practices across IPEX's facilities. Your experience in predictive maintenance and operational excellence will guide plant leaders in implementing sustainable maintenance systems. You'll work collaboratively to drive initiatives that improve safety and equipment effectiveness across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive a safety-centric approach to maintenance practices
• Perform assessments and identify maintenance gaps
• Execute projects that align with both enterprise and local requirements
• Explore innovative technologies for process improvements
• Monitor and report on ongoing project statuses and results
Requirements:
• Technical certification (PMP, MMP, or trades)
• Over 3 years of Maintenance experience
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices (CMMS, PdM)
• Experience in training and organizational change management
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
