Position: E4c Community Maintenance Associate

In the role of Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for various maintenance duties across E4c’s facilities. This includes conducting inspections, performing repairs, and supporting preventative maintenance schedules. Your skills will directly impact the comfort and dignity of residents and staff, as you maintain spaces across apartments and community centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs

• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders

• Support preventative maintenance programs

• Conduct seasonal groundskeeping and snow removal

• Collaborate with external contractors for repairs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years experience in maintenance or repairs

• Completion of relevant technical certification an asset

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required

• Ability to work well with diverse populations
