As a key member of the management team, you will lead a group of maintenance mechanics and technicians while ensuring adherence to EHS safety standards.
Your role includes supervising preventive maintenance, overseeing project implementation, and developing team capabilities. You'll manage multiple tasks and respond to emergencies while focusing on maintaining client relationships and operational effectiveness across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the maintenance team in daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Track and manage completion of maintenance tickets
• Oversee cleanliness and preventive maintenance audits
• Develop budgets and manage vendor relationships
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership experience in maintenance
• Flexibility in work schedule availability
• Skilled in maintenance of industrial machinery
• Authorized to work without sponsorship
