Your role is crucial in enhancing hygiene across various health facilities.

Alberta Health Services is searching for dedicated cleaners to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility. As part of your role, you will be trained in proper disinfection practices and conduct cleaning tasks such as making beds, sweeping floors, and managing waste. Shift schedules will include a combination of days, nights, and weekends to suit operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of healthcare environments

• Operate necessary cleaning machinery for floors

• Restock linens and clean supplies regularly

• Report safety hazards to the Working Leader

• Participate in training sessions for new staff

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 10 education completed

• Capable of lifting and pushing weight as needed

• Must effectively communicate following guidelines

• Experience with basic technology and functions

• Dependable with the ability to work independently

Provide excellent cleaning services and contribute to patient safety in Alberta Health Services.
