Villa Marguerite Maintenance Specialist

Support community living at Villa Marguerite as a Maintenance Worker II, focusing on crucial maintenance tasks and safety protocols in a full-time capacity.

In this role, you will work under the Site Leader and Maintenance Manager to ensure the facility remains safe and well-maintained. With a high school diploma and strong communication skills, you will utilize your 2+ years of maintenance experience to manage work orders, preventative tasks, and emergency repairs within a seniors living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance checks and track logged activities accurately

• Oversee grounds and winter safety for residents

• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks as prioritized

• Provide touch-ups on paint and assist in common area upkeep

• Uphold fire safety measures for the overall safety of residents

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of maintenance software tools

• Background check required for vulnerable sectors
