Position: École Hillgrove Caretaker 4 Full Time Role

St. Albert Public Schools is looking for a Full-Time Caretaker 4 for École Hillgrove School, focusing on maintaining cleanliness and safe operations in facilities. Join our team to support over 9,000 students.

In this probationary role, you will ensure that school facilities are clean and well-maintained under the guidance of the Assistant Manager of Facilities Services. You will be responsible for performing essential cleaning tasks, minor maintenance, and maintaining a positive rapport with students and staff across the Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine cleaning of assigned areas

• Complete minor maintenance work as needed

• Safely operate cleaning equipment and manage chemicals

• Handle cleaning tools and furniture efficiently

• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Maximum of 6 months building cleaning experience

• Basic cleaning knowledge and use of chemicals

• Understanding of minor repair procedures

• WHMIS training preferred

• Clear Vulnerable Sector/Criminal Record Check required
