Under the guidance of the Site Leader and Maintenance Manager, this role involves comprehensive maintenance of the building and grounds. You will conduct inspections, perform proactive maintenance, and address repair needs. Collaborate with a team to support critical fire safety programs and ensure preventative measures in winter conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks
• Execute preventative checks and log details
• Maintain safety standards and building operability
• Support the fire safety program consistently
• Clear ice and snow during winter months
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret building codes
• WHMIS and Occupational Health certifications are assets
