Join Boardwalk as a Building Maintenance Specialist to ensure first-class living conditions across our properties. Bring your renovation experience and problem-solving skills to enhance our residents' comfort and safety.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining apartments and common areas, addressing maintenance requests promptly, and performing on-call emergency repairs. With a focus on quality, you will conduct preventative maintenance inspections while coordinating with contractors to ensure standards are met. Your hands-on skills in plumbing, drywall, and flooring will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address maintenance requests within 72 hours
• Perform emergency maintenance as scheduled
• Conduct maintenance and renovations on vacant suites
• Maintain general building and common area cleanliness
• Oversee contractor work quality and inspections
Requirements:
• 2+ years of renovation experience
• Familiar with technology and maintenance tools
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and drywall work
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Commitment to excellent customer service
