Location: Town of Bonnyville
Join Avenue Living Residential as a casual, part-time Property Maintenance professional from October 2026 to April 2027. Help ensure safe and comfortable living by managing snow and ice removal along with maintenance reporting.
As a vital member of the Avenue Living team, you will handle essential maintenance tasks while contributing to our commitment to quality service in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of general labor experience and be technologically savvy, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete snow and ice removal logs using Site Foto’s application
• Report maintenance issues to the Residential Portfolio Manager
• Handle other maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Available on weekends and holidays
• One year of general labor experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Pass a criminal record check
• Organize and work independently
