As the Maintenance Manager, you will spearhead maintenance operations across the Shepherd's Care portfolio, emphasizing safety and reliability.
Your role involves supervising and developing a skilled maintenance team while managing preventative and corrective programs. You will also coordinate with contractors on improvement projects and maintain exemplary client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations ensuring compliance
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance staff
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and inspections
• Oversee building systems compliance and safety drills
• Manage procurement for maintenance needs
Requirements:
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in maintenance
• Degree in Facilities Management or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of CSA codes and regulations
• Experience with CMMS for asset management
