Chartwell Maintenance Aide

Use hands-on maintenance and problem-solving skills at Chartwell, keeping residences, equipment, and grounds safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.
As a Maintenance Aide, you will support smooth community operation through regular maintenance, repairs, and responsive service. The work includes furniture, fixtures, outdoor spaces, common areas, resident suites, minor carpentry, and painting. You will also maintain records, organize supplies, and follow health, safety, and infection control rules.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete regular maintenance tasks and update records

Respond to requests and report maintenance issues

Requirements:
Secondary school education or equivalent experience
Previous maintenance experience and safe equipment use
Strong teamwork and communication skills
