Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $29.00 – $30.00 per hour

About the Role

Are you an experienced leader in warehouse operations? We’re hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's team in Edmonton. In this role, you will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and be responsible for the daily supervision of the warehouse floor — including two direct reports: the Shipping Supervisor and Receiving Supervisor.

This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and driven to keep things moving with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory

Lead and support two direct reports: the Shipping Supervisor and Receiving Supervisor

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments

Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy

Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other departments to maintain workflow efficiency

Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations

Enforce company safety policies and warehouse procedures at all times

Participate in “Train the Trainer” programs for Order Picker, Counterbalance, and Swing Reach equipment

Identify and resolve issues related to team performance, inventory discrepancies, or shipping delays

Assist the Warehouse Manager with special projects and act as backup when needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience

Certified to operate Order Picker, Dock Stocker, and/or Pacer equipment

Familiarity with Reach and Swing Reach forklifts is preferred

Completion of 4-Step Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training

Strong attention to detail with inventory and SKU management

Proficiency with warehouse management software and inventory systems
