We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Manager in Training with a wage range of $70,000 - $90,000 in Alberta

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the retail food industry
  • A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
  • A passion for leading and developing others
  • Ability to work different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead all departments harmoniously to:
  • Create positive customer experiences
  • Increase profitability and reach the goals and objectives of each department
  • Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record and invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts
  • Schedule Team Members to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed
  • Implement effective recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team
  • Complete performance reviews, departmental reports, etc. to gauge progress throughout the store
  • Train, develop, and motivate Team Members
  • Resolve customer and Team member concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience
  • Champion the Freson Bros. Brand and culture by modelling our qualities of Drive, Integrity, and Growth
  • Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
