As the In-Flight Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operational functions and monitor service delivery across the team's performance. Your responsibilities include leading crises, implementing action plans, and fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day In-Flight operations for effectiveness

• Implement action plans for operational risks and performance

• Coordinate responses during irregular flight operations

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adhere to operational procedures

• Lead performance reviews and development plans for staff

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of prior Flight Attendant experience required

• 2-4 years in In-Flight operations or team leadership

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities essential

• Familiarity with Transport Canada regulations preferred

• Clear criminal background check and relevant work eligibility
