AMA is looking for a Sustainability Initiatives Manager to help identify, develop, implement and champion sustainability programs across our organization. Reporting to the VP, Corporate Purpose, this role plays a key part in aligning our environmental efforts with AMA’s business goals and our purpose: to protect the things that matter most. • Drive sustainability initiatives in alignment with AMA’s brand, budget and strategic direction, working in partnership with senior management and the Environmental Sustainability Steering Committee.
• Partner with operations, departments, employees and employee groups to identify new opportunities for sustainability programs.
• Coordinate and empower cross‑functional teams to develop and execute plans to reduce AMA’s environmental footprint, tracking the impact and execution of initiatives across the organization.
• Build momentum by educating stakeholders on sustainability efforts in collaboration with the Green Squad, employee communications, public relations and other enterprise teams.
• Serve as environmental sustainability lead for annual impact reporting, working with Corporate Communications, Marketing and Creative Agency teams on implementation.
