Make a difference at First Onsite as a Restoration Supervisor, guiding teams through critical restoration projects. Ensure safety, quality, and satisfaction for all clients.
As a Restoration Supervisor, you will manage emergency response projects while coordinating schedules and crews effectively. Your advanced skills in water remediation, equipment monitoring, and conflict resolution will be essential in meeting IICRC standards throughout the process. Lead safety meetings and train new members to uphold high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise multiple restoration projects and emergency responses
• Manage crew coordination and subcontractor schedules
• Monitor moisture assessments and equipment needs
• Facilitate training for new staff on safety protocols
• Communicate updates and troubleshoot with Project Managers
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in restoration/emergency fields
• In-depth knowledge of water remediation procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile devices
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
