This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional who enjoys being hands‑on, solving complex challenges, and driving continuous improvement across multiple business divisions.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you’ll play a key role in protecting our employees, drivers, and operators. You’ll strengthen our safety culture, manage claims, and develop programs that make a meaningful difference across our organization.

Your work will directly impact employees’, drivers’, and operators’ well‑being, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational success.

You are a relationship builder who can confidently work with executives, managers, frontline staff, drivers, operators, regulatory agencies, legal representatives, insurers, and external partners. You enjoy:

• Solving problems
• Investigating incidents/accidents and identifying root causes
• Leading training and development initiatives
• Developing systems, policies, and procedures
• Using data to drive decision‑making
• Coaching leaders and influencing positive change

You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head‑on while keeping people at the center of every decision.

You have experience maintaining and supporting COR (Certificate of Recognition) certification, including audit preparation, implementation of corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
