Reporting to the President & CEO, you will shape and execute a multi-channel fund development strategy, fostering relationships that drive investment from government, corporate, and philanthropic sectors. Your ability to articulate CAREERS’ impact will be instrumental in attracting support, allowing you to lead a talented team committed to youth career development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and assess a multi-year fund development strategy
• Strengthen government relations to secure stable funding
• Identify and engage individual and community donors
• Develop proposals and applications for foundation support
• Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders
Requirements:
• Relevant educational background or equivalent experience
• Strong track record in fund development and strategy execution
• Experience with individual and foundation giving
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Leadership experience in fundraising team development
