JLL seeks a proactive Facilities Manager (FM) to engage with a key client in Edmonton. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will drive exceptional service delivery, manage tenant requirements, and oversee operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have a collaborative mindset and experience in facilities management to meet JLL’s high expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Account Manager on facilities vision
• Ensure safety procedures are rigorously followed
• Maintain strong communication with clients on service updates
• Manage third-party vendors ensuring high service quality
• Conduct routine inspections to uphold facility standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in facilities management or similar
• Strong knowledge of technical/engineering operations
• Understanding of relevant federal and provincial codes
• Financial savvy for budgeting and forecasts
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
