Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Technical Services Coordination, the Technical Project Lead provides oversight and coordination for less complex or shorter-term projects and/or assists Senior Technical Leads, Project Managers and Program Managers with the delivery of large-scale and complex initiatives.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Leading the planning and delivery of complex IMT projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, strategies, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.Developing project plans, schedules, resource requirements, governance frameworks, and performance measures to support successful delivery.Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, allocating resources and providing the direction, tools, and support required to achieve project objectives.Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and quality requirements, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and controls.Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to gather requirements, communicate progress, and support effective project delivery.Applying project management methodologies and IMT knowledge to drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovative solutions.Providing leadership, guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project team members and junior staff.To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:
