Branch Operations Manager Safety Express
Lead branch operations at Safety Express Ltd through financial oversight, logistics management, and customer service excellence. Manage one or more designated branches.
As Branch Manager, you will optimize operational efficiency and pursue organizational financial targets. You will lead professionals through recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and clear expectations. The position includes reviewing sales results, monitoring operational dashboards, and maintaining communication with operations teams. Your work supports Safety Express values across the Abatement, Restoration, Industrial Safety, Professional Cleaning, and Surface Preparation markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop operational strategies and review daily, weekly, monthly sales results
- Monitor orders, invoices, shipping, back orders, and inventory levels
- Manage expenses, freight, warehousing, offices, and allocated budgets
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate branch team members
- Oversee logistics, quality measures, audits, and customer complaints
- Three to five years of experience in a similar role
- Diploma or degree in operations management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, financial, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's licence and forklift certification or certification capability
