Customer service and store operations define this Assistant Store Manager position port customers by phone, face-to-face, and email while helping maintain a clean facility.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to support business growth and maximize sales. You will manage customer accounts, assist with setup, and complete administrative tasks, including debt management. The position also includes facility operations, light maintenance, cleaning, and occasional travel between stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager with business growth and sales
- Assist customers by phone, email, and face-to-face
- Open, operate, and close the office
- Maintain clean, safe, and secure property grounds
- Support other stores while maintaining consistent standards
- Retail sales or administrative experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work outdoors and maintain grounds
- Valid license, insurance, vehicle, and basic computer skills
