To support continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, Plant Manager to lead our complex manufacturing and distribution operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Canadian Operations the successful candidate will bring senior leadership experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment and a proven ability to align teams, improve operational performance, and translate business strategy into measurable results.

Working closely with the executive team, the Plant Manager will develop and execute long‑term plans that strengthen safety, quality, productivity, service, and profitability across the site.

• Build a cohesive, high‑performing site leadership team by strengthening relationships, clarifying shared priorities, and promoting effective collaboration across all departments.
• Collaborate with Executive‑level management in the development of performance goals and long‑term operational plans.
• Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
• Work with site managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans and be accountable for the total operational processes and performance of site.
• Analyze current operational processes and performance recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.

• Responsible for all production, scheduling, environmental Health and Safety, Quality, Planning, Warehousing, Shipping, and building site.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day‑to‑day operational Systems, KPI’s and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day‑to‑day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise‑wide, identifying and implementing process improvements/equipment that will maximize output and minimize costs.
• Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
• Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive and productive environment.
• Decision‑making authority includes setting site operating priorities, allocating approved resources, recommending capital investments, approving operational improvements within delegated limits, and holding site leaders accountable for performance.
