As Senior Engineering Manager at CaptivateIQ, you will lead Incentive Compensation Operations engineering. The team builds payouts, reporting, inquiries, statements, and related experiences used by hundreds of organizations and thousands of people. You will partner across Product, Design, Platform Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, inspire, and grow software engineers across levels
- Set vision, prioritize roadmaps, and shape long-term strategy
- Own delivery, reliability, security, and portfolio outcomes
- Set architectural guardrails and guide technical decisions
- Drive agent-based workflows for compensation operations
- 5+ years managing software engineers
- 8+ years full-time software development experience
- Experience hiring and developing engineering talent
- Technical depth in complex architectural problems
- Enthusiasm for AI-native products and agents
