Lead continuous improvement strategy at McKesson across distribution centers, using industrial engineering and data analysis to improve regional operations.
The Regional Director leads operational excellence initiatives across a distribution center network. This director-level leader partners with senior operations leadership to define priorities and deliver measurable improvements. The work spans safety, service, compliance, productivity, cost, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead regional continuous improvement strategy and execution
- Assess performance, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions
- Establish governance routines and monitor accountability
- Build multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives
- Communicate engineering KPIs and outcomes to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, or related field
- Progressive leadership experience in continuous improvement or industrial engineering
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions
