Childcare Centre Operations Manager

Manage daily childcare centre operations with Kepler Academy, focusing on budgeting, compliance, schedules, and staff direction. Work alongside the Centre Director.

This Assistant Director position supports management of operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities. You will ensure Kepler standards are met, maintain compliance, and provide direction to employees. The work also includes performance feedback, schedule management, marketing and people management, and supporting centre business results.

• Manage centre operations, budgets, finances, marketing, and people
• Ensure professional conduct, standards, and compliance
• Provide effective performance feedback to employees
• Maintain employee work schedules accurately
• Support centre business results with the Centre Director

• Three years of childcare industry experience minimum
• One year of management experience is an asset
• Business education or finance and budgeting experience preferred
• Knowledge of Provincial Child Care Regulations
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
