Assembly Technician

This role includes a variety of tasks including assembling, inspecting for quality, applying identification, and packaging bearings. While the work is repetitive, it is not an assembly line position, there is diversity in your daily tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and inspect bearings to meet strict quality standards.
• Apply part identification, engrave/stamp as required, and package finished products.
• Assist with receiving components, organizing inventory, and completing required documentation.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs without sacrificing quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented work and can maintain focus on quality.
• Eager to learn and willing to handle a mix of tasks beyond assembly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently when needed.
• Basic computer and measurement skills (training available for the right candidate).
• Positive attitude, team player, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Preference given to candidates with forklift experience or shipping/receiving background.
