Master Flo Valve Inc. is currently seeking a full-time permanent Sandblaster / Painter to work with our team in Edmonton, AB.

Conditions:
Day shift:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Option for overtime.Work is primarily performed indoors.Responsibilities:
Perform all functions related to the preparation of sandblasting valvePerform sandblasting of valvesPerform all functions pertaining to the painting of valvesParticipate in coordinating work schedule for the Paint and Prep area.Perform Inspect product for visible damage prior to and after maskingPreserve product after painting for shipment to the customerMaintain traceability of prepared productMaintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the paint departmentPerform all maintenance on equipment as required.Ensure adherence to quality control standards.Actively support and comply with corporate programs, standards, and policies, including the Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality programsOther duties as required.Qualifications:
Two or more years of industrial sandblasting experience (manufacturing environment preferred) is requiredTwo to five years of experience using Epoxy coatings is an assetTwo or more years of industrial painting experience is an assetWHIMS knowledge and training is an assetOverhead crane training or experience is an assetHoist and rigging training or experience is an assetGrade 12 education preferredStrong interpersonal skills and capable of working with minimal supervisionSolid work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentA commitment to workplace health and safety and quality policy and objectivesAt Stream Flo Industries we do not use AI in our screening process.
