Key Responsibilities:

• Open and process meat products according to directives

• Conduct daily physical inventory counts of raw materials

• Comply with all HACCP regulations at all times

• Assist with waste management and item trimming

• Maintain high standards in quality and safety practices

Requirements:

• Completion of high school education or equivalent

• Willingness to work in challenging physical conditions

• Knowledge of safe lifting techniques

• Basic computer literacy for operational tasks

• Capacity to perform manual and repetitive tasks
