As a Materials Coordinator, you’ll support project operations by overseeing material procurement, tracking, and delivery to maintain project schedules. You'll collaborate closely with procurement and construction teams while ensuring safety standards are met on site. Your proactive approach will ensure field crews remain productive and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the flow of materials throughout project phases
• Collaborate with teams to forecast material needs
• Maintain accurate inventory records and logs
• Track purchase orders and vendor deliveries
• Inspect incoming materials for compliance and quality
Requirements:
• 3+ years of materials coordination experience
• Strong understanding of industrial materials and tools
• Familiarity with ERP and material management systems
• Valid driver’s license and CSTS certification
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
