As a Packer, you will report directly to the Production Manager and be entrusted with the packaging of protein products, ensuring each item meets quality and accuracy standards. This position is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented and physically capable of performing manual labor in a cold environment. Comprehensive training will be provided for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and vacuum seal products for quality

• Record accurate weights and labeling information

• Ensure all packaging is intact and clean

• Verify product quality and date accuracy

• Package according to specific customer guidelines

Requirements:

• Food processing experience is beneficial

• Open to working with raw meat products

• Must lift over 30 lbs safely

• Stamina for physical activity and repetitive tasks

• Commitment to safety practices
