This full-time, permanent position requires a proactive leader to mentor and guide the maintenance team while managing preventive maintenance using MES (Hydra) software.
Your role encompasses heavy involvement in troubleshooting, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement efforts, aimed at enhancing our equipment's operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide maintenance team towards meeting performance targets
• Implement planned maintenance strategies using technology
• Solve equipment issues and ensure operational uptime
• Enforce safety compliance and create documentation
• Foster collaboration with HSE for contractor management
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment leadership
• Required Electrician License or Millwright Certification
• Experience with MES (Hydra) and CMMS systems
• Advanced skills in electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and process improvement
