This hands-on role requires 3-7+ years of CNC machining and programming experience, particularly with FANUC controls. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes

• Create programs using CAM software

• Perform cycle time analysis and optimization

• Support customer training on CNC controls

• Identify opportunities for improvement in quality and cost

Requirements:

• 3–7+ years hands-on CNC experience

• Canadian Red Seal Machinist certification

• Knowledge of CNC controls and diagnostics

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
