This hands-on role requires 3-7+ years of CNC machining and programming experience, particularly with FANUC controls. Emphasizing continuous improvement, you will enhance machining performance and efficiency while providing technical support and training across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes

• Create programs using CAM software

• Perform cycle time analysis and optimization

• Support customer training on CNC controls

• Identify opportunities for improvement in quality and cost
Requirements:

• 3–7+ years hands-on CNC experience

• Canadian Red Seal Machinist certification

• Knowledge of CNC controls and diagnostics

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
