Lifting Solutions is seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to spearhead CI strategies at their Edmonton facility. This leadership role blends strategic oversight with plant-floor engagement, focusing on Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence tools. You'll build systems that empower teams and enable measurable improvements in a complex manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CI program through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

• Manage improvement project pipeline for efficiency and quality

• Define, track, and report KPIs for data-driven decisions

• Build a culture of continuous improvement across the plant

• Deliver CI training to enhance problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or related discipline

• 7-12 years of manufacturing experience with leadership roles

• Proven success in cost, OEE, or quality improvements

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification

• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis tools
