Silent-Aire invites applicants for the Assembly Team Member position to assist in the fabrication of sheet metal components. You will be trained in using various tools and will work collaboratively to meet production goals. Applicants should possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety in high-activity environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components as per schematic under supervision

• Operate various hand and power tools safely

• Help manage inventory and load/unload products

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs

• Familiarity with safe working practices

• Effective communication and time management skills

• Attention to detail in assembly tasks

• Ability to read blueprints is an asset
