This position requires you to effectively manage plant operations while adhering to safety and efficiency protocols. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting process-related issues, monitoring complex equipment performance, and implementing performance-enhancing strategies. The ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high operational standards is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and manage the Air Separation Plant process

• Implement Operating Discipline procedures consistently

• Monitor complex computer control systems

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs

• Train and support peers in operational techniques

Requirements:

• High-school diploma or GED and Process Operations Certificate

• 3–5 years in process operations beneficial

• Valid 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Capability to meet physical job demands
