Meat Material Handler

Position: Full-Time Meat Material Handler
Join the Intercity Packers team in Edmonton as a Full-Time Meat Material Handler. Manage raw materials and support production operations from Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will ensure accurate scanning of raw materials and coordinate inventory with meat cutters. You'll be responsible for hauling meat from the cooler to the production floor, maintaining cleanliness according to food safety regulations, and assisting with portioning and packing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage input and accurate scanning of raw materials

• Coordinate orders and inventory with meat cutters

• Haul meat demands from cooler to production floor

• Maintain cleanliness per HACCP/CFIA standards

• Assist in portioning meat as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Forklift and/or pallet jack operation experience

• Previous meat production experience is an asset

• Good computer skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle heavy loads and perform physical tasks
