Position: Team Leader for Manufacturing
Logoplaste is seeking a hands-on Team Leader in Edmonton, AB to oversee operations and ensure a safe production environment. This full-time role includes coordinating activities and driving efficiency on the production floor.

As a Team Leader, you will support departmental goals while overseeing safety training and compliance. Key responsibilities include monitoring production equipment, maintaining quality checks, and leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. With your strong leadership skills, you’ll ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support manager’s direction and oversee team operations

• Ensure safety training and compliance for all employees

• Monitor production quality and address inefficiencies

• Conduct daily audits and maintain cleanliness on the floor

• Record production data accurately and report on performance

Requirements:

• 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing

• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members

• Proficient in computer systems for production monitoring

• Self-motivated with a drive for results
