Become a Rock Truck Operator at Amrize and contribute to meaningful construction projects in North America. This role involves operating haul trucks and performing essential preventative maintenance tasks.
As a Rock Truck Operator, you'll be responsible for adhering to Amrize’s best practices while managing equipment operations. Your day-to-day duties include conducting inspections, performing maintenance tasks, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. This position emphasizes safety and environmental stewardship while allowing you to utilize your mechanical skills effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain haul trucks as per specifications
• Conduct daily inspections for preventative maintenance
• Minimize equipment downtime during production
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
• Perform general housekeeping tasks at the site
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in industrial plant operation or heavy equipment
• Valid “G” license
• Mobile equipment training and safety protocol adherence
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
