Liquid Admixture Operator at Sika

Join Sika as a Liquid Admixture Operator responsible for producing and batching quality liquid products. This role ensures efficient operations, from mixing to shipping, within a manufacturing environment.

As an integral member of the production team, you will directly report to the Plant Manager and uphold the standards of quality control, testing, and product shipment. The position demands adherence to Sika’s operational protocols and includes responsibilities like maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and effectively communicating with supervisors. You will participate in production planning and maintain cleanliness in the plant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce liquid admixture products following Sika’s formulas

• Batch materials accurately and maintain detailed records

• Load and wash tanker trucks for bulk shipments

• Test samples for quality control and log data in SAP

• Perform required maintenance inspections on equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma and 1-3 years manufacturing experience

• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite

• Forklift certification preferred (training provided)

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability

• Ability to lift up to 30 kg and work in fluctuating conditions
