Expert Machine Operator

Position: Expert Machine Operator with Weatherford
Join Weatherford as an Expert Machine Operator, dedicated to high-quality production in a shop environment. This role focuses on precise machine setups and thorough inspections to maintain quality standards.

You will be responsible for creating efficient products by carefully following procedural instructions and performing setups. With a minimum of two years' experience, you must demonstrate the ability to check dimensions accurately and comply fully with Weatherford's policies and safety standards. Your skills with inspection gauges will be critical in maintaining product quality throughout the machining process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review shop packets for setup and procedural instructions

• Independently perform and assist with machine setups

• Ensure dimensions fall within .001 tolerance

• Adhere to Weatherford's Quality Policy through every process

• Use various inspection gauges for quality assurance

Requirements:

• High School Education or equivalent

• Two years of relevant shop experience

• Capability to operate forklifts and cranes safely

• Understanding of welding practices is advantageous

• Experienced in using calipers and micrometers
