This role focuses on managing Dry End assets to deliver safe and efficient paper production. You'll oversee and guide your team while actively implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential as you resolve operational issues swiftly to meet production targets. Additionally, you’ll engage in management on-call duties to support ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for Dry End operational systems
• Develop and coach team members for optimal performance
• Ensure safety is prioritized in all processes
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives company-wide
• Address complex operational challenges effectively
Requirements:
• Proven experience in performance-driven production teams
• Strong background in mechanical troubleshooting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to technical processes
• Post-secondary education as an Engineering Technologist
• Flexibility for night or weekend support as required
