As part of Johnson Controls, you will lead Continuous Improvement initiatives at Silent-Aire, focusing on operational excellence in equipment manufacturing. This role requires coaching staff, facilitating improvement projects, and ensuring alignment with business strategies and metrics. Through systematic assessment, you'll help the plant meet annual goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify gaps in business performance metrics
• Develop and execute Future State vision plans
• Coach plant staff and facilitate improvement teams
• Document process improvements and share best practices
• Assist in strategic initiatives for standards compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5 years in Continuous Improvement roles
• Proven operational leadership experience required
• Basic statistical knowledge for improvement projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
