Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in all production operations
• Train team members on equipment use and safety
• Oversee a section of the production line effectively
• Conduct quality control assessments on products
• Escalate safety concerns as needed
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Team leadership skills with a focus on safety
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems
