We are hiring CNC Lathe and Mill/Lathe Operators for full‑time, part‑time, and temporary shifts, including night shift. Candidates will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating CNC machines, producing high‑quality parts, supporting overall plant operations, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Produce high‑quality parts that meet specifications.
Support overall plant operations and troubleshoot issues.
Perform testing, diagnosing, repair, maintenance, and reconditioning of equipment.
Provide quality workmanship, consistent service, and technical support to customers.
Champion a culture of safety through visible leadership and compliance with company safety policies.
Qualifications
Experience operating CNC lathe and mill/lathe machines.
Strong technical problem‑solving skills.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work full‑time, part‑time, or temporary shifts, including night shifts.
Hours & Compensation
Full‑time, part‑time, or temporary positions available with hourly rates ranging from CA $22 to CA $48, depending on role and shift.
