Masco Crane & Hoist is seeking a reliable Apprentice Welder to join our team. In this full-time position, you will learn and assist in the welding, grinding, and cutting of metal components for various steel products. You'll receive hands-on training while ensuring the highest quality standards in fabricating skids and overhead cranes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in manufacturing steel products including overhead cranes

• Read blueprints to support weld projects

• Weld components using various welding processes

• Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely

• Document actions and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• One year of welding knowledge and experience

• Proven experience in a welding/fabrication environment

• Strong knowledge of welding techniques

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks

• Compliance with safety practices and PPE usage
