Position: Lathe Machinist at Argus

We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our team  this full-time position, you will utilize your expertise in machinery setup and operation while maintaining high standards of quality. Your attention to detail will be crucial in interpreting technical drawings and ensuring accurate manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and analyze blueprints for machining guidance

• Adjust machine settings to maintain production flow

• Manufacture complex parts from raw materials

• Use measuring tools to verify product accuracy

• Prioritize workloads to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years in CNC machining

• Background in machine shop settings required

• Experience with lathe operation essential

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

• Ability to handle material safely and efficiently
