Join TURBINE-X Energy as a Shop Lead and enhance operational excellence in our Nisku facility. This full-time role merges technical mastery with hands-on leadership in industrial trailer assembly.
As a Shop Lead, you will oversee and validate complex assembly processes for heavy industrial trailers at TURBINE-X Energy. You'll mentor a skilled technician team while ensuring precision in mechanical and electrical systems. Your experience in large-scale industrial assembly will be your key asset in this player-coach leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the assembly of pulse filter systems
• Ensure sensor calibration and component alignment
• Provide hands-on mentorship to technician crew
• Work closely with Engineering and HSE teams
• Maintain rigorous safety compliance
Requirements:
• 7-10 years' experience in related fields
• High school diploma or GED
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Safety Certification
• Mandatory Electrical Grounding & Bonding Certification
• Attitude for leadership in fast-paced settings
